Ingredients
225g butter
3/4cup white sugar
3/4cup brown sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
2eggs
2&1/2cups flour
1/2tsp salt
1tsp baking soda
1 - 2 cup choc chips or chunks.
Description
This is my go to cookie recipie. I personally like to use a mixture choc chips and chunks.
Method
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add vanilla and eggs 1 at a time.
Sift in the dry ingredients (except choc) and stir into butter mixture. Add choc and mix in.
Place large spoonfuls onto prepared trays leaving HEAPS of room for spreading because they really do spread.
Bake at 180c for 15minutes, but keep an eye on them.

I have made both large and small cookies, both work well just adjust the time accordingly.
