2 eggs, hot-cake flour, milk, and hot-cake syrup.

Description

Pancake is a flat cake, often thin, and round, prepared from a starch-based batter and cooked on a hot surface such as a griddle or frying pan.

Method

1. Put 2 eggs in one and one third of milk or water and mix it well.

 

2. Mix hot-cake flour and the ingredient above with the mixing machine.

 

3. Put oil inside the pan which is heated a little bit with a dipper.

 

4. Bake around 3-4 minutes and if you see the holes on the surface of the hot-cake, flip it back and make 2-3 minutes more.

 

5. Pour the hot-cake syrup on the baked hot-cake and eat it.
