Chicken Shahi masala
Description
Boneless chicken pieces in a white non robust gravy..
Method
Add a tea spoon of salt and turmeric powder to the chicken mix well and keep aside.
Grind ginger, garlic, cashew nuts, coriander leaves and greean chillies to make masala paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion and fry til it turns to golden brown. now add the masala paste and fry it nicely wid onions,now add the chopped tomato and fry more..now add the chicken pieces to this and mix well..Add salt and half cup of water and mix well..cover the lid and let the chicken cook til it become tender..serve hot.
