2 sheets ready rolled puff pastry
½ cup chutney e.g. Moroccan
8 spears asparagus
8-10 cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup sour cream

These strips work very well with any sort of chutney. Whilst Moroccan style chutneys are great, experiment with others. Try changing the vegetables that are put on top.


Preheat oven to 200°C.
Cut each pastry square into four long strips. Place on baking trays.
Spread chutney over the pastry.
Top with remaining ingredients.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until nicely browned.
