Roast Potatoes
Description
Roast potatoes are hard to resist and are too good to save just for when you cook a whole roast meal!
Choose roasting, mashing or general purpose potatoes which have a floury texture.
Method
Preheat oven to 220ºC
Scrub or peel and cut into large even sized chunks.
Use spray-on cooking oil to lightly grease a baking dish that is large enough to spread the potatoes out in a single layer.
Add the potatoes and lightly spray, sprinkle with your choice of herbs or seasoning mix.
Roast in an oven preheated to 220ºC for approximately 45 minutes, turning once.
