7-8 garlic cloves
2 tomato chopped
3 small cubes of cheese
1/2-Lemon
pinch of black pepper and salt

Pasta Preparation Ingredients

200 gm Pasta
3-4 chopped garlic
2 green chilli chopped
2-3 cheese cubes for plating
Oregano
Black pepper
Tomato sauce
Corn
Finely chopped carrot
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped Capsicum
Finely chopped yellow and red pepper

Description

This recipe of pasta will give a great flavour of tomato and cheese to all pasta lovers with a pinch of garlic essence.

Method

1. Cook the pasta in boiling water. Add 1/2 teaspoon oil to it so that pasta does not stick to each other. Do not over cook.Once it gets cooked, take out all of them in a bowl and keep 1 cup of left over water for further process.


2. Make Cheesy Tomato Sauce- Put frying pant to a burning stove and add 1 teaspoon of oil to it. Add chopped tomato,garlic cloves and fry till it gets half cooked.Add some cheese to it,till the cheese starts melting. Put the fried tomato, garlic and cheese mixture to a container .Add 1/2 lemon juice,pinch of salt and black pepper to it , then grind them to a fine paste.


3.Preparation-

Heat the pan on the gas.Add 2 teaspoon of oil to it. Add chopped green chilli and garlic, after that add chopped onion and cook till the colour changes to little brown. Then add some chopped capsicum, yellow and red pepper,carrot,corn  and cook for 3-4 minutes .Add some salt to taste ,1/4 teaspoon of black pepper and the fine cheesy tomato prepared sauceto it. Add 1 cup boiled water of pasta and all boiled pasta to the mixture.Add some tomato sauce as per taste and oregano to it.Cook for 5 more minutes and switch off the gas.

Now its time to plate the pasta.Take the prepared pasta on a plate, grate some cheese over it and your pasta is ready to be served
