Ingredients

2 cups steamed rice
3/4 cup french beans –cut into pieces
3/4 cup carrot- cut into small pieces
3/4 cup capsicum , cut into long thin strips
1/2 cup spring onion whites - chopped
1/2 cup spring onion greens - chopped
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp. oil
salt to taste

Description

A basic recipe for fried rice that you can enjoy...

Method

   Heat the oil in a pan.

Add the vegetables, spring onion whites and ajino-moto

and sauté over a high flame for 4-5 minutes till the vegetables soften.

Add the rice, soya sauce, spring onion greens and salt.

Mix well and sauté for 2 minutes.

 Serve hot.
