Description

Tteokbokki is a popular Korean snack food made from soft rice cake, fish cake and sweet red chili sauce.

Method

1. Soak some rice cakes for Tteokbokki in some water and wait until it becomes soft.

 

2. Cut some fish cakes and green onions while you are waiting.

 

3. Put some red pepper paste, red pepper powder, moolyeot and garlics in frying pan and stir-fry to make sauce.

 

4. When the sauce boils, put rice cakes and stir-fry.

 

5. Put fish cakes and green onions and keep stir-frying.

 

6. Put some seames on, and enjoy!
