Method
1. Add one tablespoon oil 2. then Toast chopped Onion, add ginger and garlic past( mixed well), green chilli (chopped) 3. Add onion and tomato paste, (for 5 mins) 4.Add turmeric pwdr and Salt(ur choice) 5.add I/2 of water for 5 mins 6 then Add the cut parotta pieces and mix it so that everything coats the parota pieces properly.(mixed well) 7.finally add more coriander leaves, toasted Capsicum, tomato for (garnishing)
