Simple Satay Turkey Mini Drums
Method
Combine oil, garlic, ginger, onion, soy sauce, peanut butter and lime juice in a large bowl and toss with turkey drumsticks. Cover and chill for 1-4 hours.
Line a shallow roasting tray with cooking paper and arrange drums in a single layer. Bake at 170C for 40-50 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Tip: serve with a scatter of fresh coriander leaves.
*or use ½ cup pre-made satay sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and a squeeze of fresh lime.
