Delicious Chicken Satay with Peanut Sauce
Description
Traditionally these are served with Peanut Sauce and rice.
Method
Put all the marinade ingredient in a bowl and stir to combine. Add the chicken and stir, making sure the chicken is well coated in the marinade. Set aside to marinate for up to 1 hour, covered, in the fridge.
When ready to cook, slide the pieces of meat onto the wooden skewers. Cook on a hot barbecue or under a hot grill for 10 minutes or until well browned on one side. Turn over and cook for 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through, but not dry.
Serve with steamed rice and peanut sauce.
