Shrimp, Lime & Coriander Chunky Dip
Description
I got the idea for this recipe from the Shrimp & Anchovy Pate on the Kingfisher site www.kingfisher.co.nz. I really like the cream cheese pate, but I also like more of a chunky dip. I changed out the cream cheese for sour cream to match the freshness of the lime & coriander.
Method
In a food processor, blend all of the above ingredients and adjust juice, chilli and salt to your taste.
Chill well, before serving.
