Citrus Glazed Carrots
Description
This glaze is fantastic on all sorts of vegetables such as parsnips, carrots, swedes, kumara, turnips, pumpkin or yams.
Method
Steam or boil carrots until just tender.
Heat oil in saucepan over a low heat.
Add honey or brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
Add citrus rind and season to taste.
Pour over the carrots.
Serve garnished with herbs.
