Ingredients

6 cups shredded cabbage and sliced celery
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp fresh herbs, finely chopped

Description

Stir frying captures flavours really well. Don’t overcook the cabbage and serve it as soon as it is cooked. So simple - and so delicious.

Method

Stir fry vegetables in oil for 4-5 minutes or until tender but still slightly crisp.
Add herbs, honey and vinegar and toss well to ensure vegetables are well coated and the honey has melted. Do not overcook.
Serve immediately.

Variation; add chopped garlic to the vegetables
