Chicken – 500 gm
Curd – half cup
Lemon – 1 piece
Food Coloring – red (half tea spoon)
Red Chili Flakes – to taste
Black Pepper – 5 to 6 pieces
Salt – to taste
Jeera – 1 tea spoon
Ginger & Garlic Paste – 1 table spoon
Onion Paste – half bowl
Tomato & Red Chili Paste – 1 cup
Dry Coriander Seeds – 1 tea spoon
Butter – 250 gm
Garam Masala – 1 table spoon

This is my own recipe, I made this at home, It is very very very..... tasty



(For marinating) Take a bowl and put curd, lemon, red food coloring , red chili flakes, salt, ginger & garlic paste, garam masala and chicken. Marinate chicken for 2 hours.

 (Cooking) Take the pan on the flame, put butter into it. After some time put jeera, black pepper, dry coriander seeds. After some time  put onion paste, tomato & red chili paste, garam masala, red chili flakes, salt and put the marinated chicken into it. Cook it till the chicken gets dry.
