Dakdoritang(Braised spicy chicken)
Description
A spicy chicken and potato stew.
Method
1. Wash the chicken cut into a two bites chunk.
2. Boil the chicken in a pot.
3. Cut the onion, potatoes and carrot into a dice.
4. When the chicken is cooked, drain and wash in a cold water.
5. In a pot, put the chicken, vegetable, water 500ml, and sauces.
6. Add the sauce ingredient as taste.
7. Boil and serve.
