Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup cocoa
2 eggs, beaten
Add 100g melted butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Description

This is a never fail, always perfect chocolate brownie recipe.

Best part? Takes 5 minutes in the microwave. A perfect recipe for the kids to help out with. And bonus, not much mess!

Method

Sift together the sugar, flour, baking powder and cocoa.

In another bowl beat eggs and combine with the melted butter and chocolate chips.

Mix both concoctions together and put into a baking powdered, microwave safe, ceramic slice dish.

Microwave 5 minutes, rest for a few minutes in the oven, remove, cool, cut and enjoy!

Brownie tip:
As a special treat, dust with icing sugar through a small sieve or tea strainer.
