Peanut Brownie

Method
Over a low-med heat, melt your butter in a large pot. Do not let the butter boil or bubble.
Sift in the cocoa.
Stir in sugar. Melt the sugar a little bit and remove from the heat.
Stir in the sultanas, coconut and chopped nuts.
Sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix well.
Spatula the brownie mix into a baking paper lined or greased slice tray.
Bake for 10 minutes at 200 degrees celcius.
When cool, dust with icing sugar, cut into fingers and enjoy with a good cuppa.
A divine chocolate fix.
