Chocolate Pecan Fudge

Ingredients

400 grams chopped dark chocolate
400 gram can condensed milk
1 cup pecan nuts
2 tsp Hansells vanilla essence (or your favourite liqueur if it's an adult fudge!)

Method

Melt the chocolate and condensed milk together in a saucepan over low heat - stir until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the pecans and vanilla/liqueur.
Spread evenly into a greased/lined 20cm square pan.
Chill until firm.  Cut into squares.  Enjoy!
