Microwave Chocolate Brownie
Description
This is a quick and easy recipe and it uses staple ingredients that are typically always in the pantry.
Takes only minutes to prepare and 5 minutes to cook
Kids love it and it is lovely served warm with a dollop of cream as a dessert
Method
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla essence together then add melted butter
Stir in sifted flour, baking powder and cocoa. Careful not to over mix
Spread mixture into greased 23cm (9inch) pan
Microwave on high for 5 minutes
If you think it need more cooking, check every 30 seconds. Mixture is best if cooked (dry) but still tacky.
Dust with icing sugar and serve
