Banana Cake
Description
A beautiful moist cake - ice, if you wish, with lemon icing, but we like it just dusted with icing sugar!
Method
Preheat oven to 180C. Grease & line a 20cm cake tin. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well after each addition. Stir in mashed bananas, then dissolve the baking soda in the milk and add to the banana mixture. Stir in sifted flour and baking powder.
Bake for approximately 40minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.
